The Cinefamily is now accepting volunteer and internship applications!
 
The Cinefamily is a non-profit organization that thrives as a result of large and small contributions from a supportive, diverse community of film-lovers. Our volunteers are a vital component of the Cinefamily’s operations, providing support for all of our exciting screenings and events. There are year-round opportunities to volunteer in a variety of capacities. Weekday, weekend, day, and evening shifts are available, with the opportunity to volunteer as often as you would like.

Cinefamily volunteer opportunities include:

• Event Support: taking tickets, running will call, serving drinks, grilling
• Office Support: print transport, maintaining archives, word processing, technical assistance
• Display/Presentation: creating and maintaining theater signage and displays, photographing and videotaping events
• Marketing and promotions: creating flyers, special projects, soliciting alcohol sponsors
• Memberships: helping maintain our membership database, targeting new member groups
• Public relations: blog seeding / internet PR, assist in coordinating media for events
