LOST & FOUND FILM CLUB: Sound & Vision

To kick off the new year, Lost & Found Film Club has compiled a hallucinatory mix of experimental 16mm shorts and rarities from legendary avant-garde filmmakers, all exploring the transdimensional relationship that binds music and visual art. This non-narrative program, drawn from the pre-digital age, contains synesthetic experiments with music, animated explorations of time and space, and gorgeous colorful abstractions. Soundtracks generated by images, and images generated by soundtracks run through this exuberant mix of eye-popping psychedelia. Feed your head!

Program Includes:
Everywhere at Once – Alan Berliner, 1985
Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom – Ward Kimball, 1959
Musical Stairs – Guy Sherwin, 1977
