Sarah Silverman presents "Crimes and Misdemeanors"

Our opening night presentation in this year’s Wayne Federman International Film Festival could not be more iconic — and, we’re thrilled that comedian, actress, and now voiceover artist (Wreck-It Ralph) Sarah Silverman chose such a compelling work from one of American film’s most singular talents. Released in 1989, Crimes and Misdemeanors is the most current release of this year’s festival! Ex-stand up comedian (and future Federmen Film Fest presenter?) Woody Allen won another Oscar (Original Screenplay) for this hilarious and astute comedy/drama about art, morality, love, God, success, vision — and a bunch of other stuff that smart people like to think about. Sarah Silverman will be here at the Cinefamily to introduce the film, and participate in a Q&A afterwards!
Dir. Woody Allen, 1989, 35mm, 104 min.
